For Customers — Liability Disclaimer
LawnSync is a marketplace platform that connects customers with independent lawn and landscaping service providers. LawnSync is not the employer of, nor is it responsible for, any service provider listed on the app.
- All services are performed by independent contractors. LawnSync does not guarantee the quality, safety, timing, pricing, or legality of any service booked through the app.
- LawnSync is not liable for any property damage, personal injury, theft, loss, dispute, or disagreement that may arise between you and a service provider.
- You are responsible for inspecting completed work, communicating expectations, and resolving any disputes directly with the service provider.
- Photos, ratings, ID verifications, and worker profiles are provided for convenience only and are not independently verified or endorsed by LawnSync.
- By booking a service, you release LawnSync, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from your use of the platform.
For Service Providers — Liability Disclaimer
By creating a worker profile and accepting jobs through LawnSync, you acknowledge that you are an independent contractor — not an employee, agent, or partner of LawnSync.
- LawnSync is a listing and booking tool only. It does not supervise your work, set your schedule, or guarantee any volume of jobs or income.
- You are solely responsible for your own equipment, transportation, licensing, insurance, taxes, and compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.
- LawnSync is not liable for any injury, illness, equipment damage, vehicle damage, theft, lost wages, customer non-payment, cancellations, weather events, or disputes with customers.
- You agree to handle all interactions with customers professionally and to resolve any disagreements directly. LawnSync may, but is not obligated to, mediate disputes.
- You release LawnSync, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims arising from jobs accepted through the platform, including those caused by customer behavior, property conditions, or third parties.
